A Bulk Bin is being dropped off at the complex for the disposal of household items by all residents. These items may include furniture, mattresses, etc. We ask that you do not put any appliances, hazardous materials, yard waste, car tires or building/construction materials into the bin.

The bin will be available from: Friday, May 3, 2024 at 9:00 AM.

This service is made available by the Halton Region at no cost to the corporation.

Weekly coffee/tea mornings at the clubhouse between 10 am and 11 am is a great way to meet your neighbours and stay connected.

Please be advised, that the monthly fire alarm testing has been scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 8:00 AM. During this time, you will hear a fire alarm bell ring intermittently.

To All Owners

The board of directors wishes to advise all owners that the upcoming 2024/25 budget will be delayed pending review and approval of the reserve fund study and information on status of the building maintenance project . As such, the monthly condo fees will remain unchanged beginning May 1st. All owners will be provided within the next 4 weeks, updates and notice (if required) of the approved study, approved budget and information update and next steps for the maintenance project.
